The VOOPOO Drag H40 pod comes with a 5-ml PNP II Upgrade cartridge. With this tank, filling is done directly from the bottom, by lifting the tab. The resistor can also be changed from the bottom! And to vary the air supply, simply rotate the cartridge on its base.
