Warranty period: 3 MONTHS from the date of purchase from CIG ACCESS.
Non-guaranteed products: rebuildable atomisers, clearomisers, accessory cartridges, batteries, e-liquids and miscellaneous parts (e.g. resistors, drip-tip).
Guaranteed products: Electronic batteries, charger, Mod and Pod.

After-sales service request :

  1. Go to "My profile”.
  3. Select the order concerned.
  4. Select the product and comment on the detailed description of the problem.

As soon as we receive your request, we will indicate whether the return is approved or rejected.

  • If the return is rejected, the after-sales service ends there.
  • If the return is approved, you will be asked to send the product back with a detail description of the issue and the invoice of the purchase.

You will receive an email informing you of the status of your request.

Processing by our after-sales service :

Once the product has been received, it will be processed and, if your product complies with the general terms and conditions of return, a voucher will be issued to you by e-mail.

Vouchers are valid for one year.

The guarantee does not cover :

  • The physical appearance of the product (scratches, bumps, etc.)
  • Damage caused by incorrect or improper use of the product.

IMPORTANT: It is your responsibility to inform your customers about the application of after-sales return conditions.

CIG ACCESS will not be held responsible if your end customers do not comply with these conditions.
