Règlement du Jeux CigAccess fête ses 10 ans

Article 1 - Organization of the game

The website Cig Access Pro, belonging to the company SARL ALAV, with a share capital of 5,000 euros, registered in the wholesale trade register under number 792 912 818, whose registered office is located at 148 rue de Lenche 13400 Aubagne, France

Organizes from May 1 to June 1 a free contest with no obligation to buy entitled: "the Great 10 years game" according to the terms and conditions described in these rules.

Article 2- Conditions of participation

This free contest is open to all our customers, over 18 years old, with an account with us, a valid email address, and a SIRET.

Any person who does not have an account with us, not being a professional of the vape will not be able to participate in this contest.

The game is subject to the regulations of French law applicable to games and contests.

Any minor participant must nevertheless obtain the prior authorization of one of his parents or legal guardian to participate in this game. The company reserves the right to refuse participation.

The organizing company may ask any minor participant to provide proof of this authorization and, if necessary, disqualify a participant who cannot provide proof of this authorization.

The organizing company may ask any minor winner to provide proof of said authorization for participation in the Game. The organizing company reserves the right to draw another winner if an initial winner, if a minor, is unable to provide sufficient proof of said authorization.

The mere fact of participating in this game implies pure and simple acceptance, without reservation, of these rules.

Any cheating detected, duplication of the game and the winning code will be disqualified automatically and without delay.

A complaint may be filed against him if it affects the statue of the organizing company.

Article 3 - Terms of Participation

This game takes place exclusively on our platforms, website on the dates indicated in Article 1. Participation in the game is done by respecting these 4 steps:

Only one participation per person is allowed - same name, same first name, same email address, or person from the same company - during the whole period of the game.

The game being accessible upon receipt of your cards will not be held responsible in case of dispute related to the game. This game is organized to please the customers and not to receive any complaint concerning it.

Article 4 - Designation of winners

On all the scratch cards a prize is hidden.  The winner has 1 month to enter his winning code when placing his next order on the site to discover the prize and receive it thereafter.

The organizing company reserves the right to verify the age of any winner before the delivery of his lot. The prizes can in no case be exchanged for their cash value or any other prize. The organizing company shall not be held responsible for the use or non-use, or even trading, of the prizes by the winners. In case of force majeure, the organizing company reserves the right to replace the prize won by a prize of equivalent nature and value. No prize will be exchanged or reimbursed if the package is damaged during transport and upon receipt.

Article 6 - Identification of winners and elimination of participation

Participants authorize the verification of their identity. Non-compliance with these rules as well as any fraud or attempted cheating, regardless of the methods used, will result in the pure and simple elimination of the participation of its author.

Article 7- Filing of the rules

Participants in this game accept the entirety of these rules, which can be obtained on request at the address of the organizing company, specified in Article 1, for the duration of the game.
