Dear Customers,

We would like to inform you of an important recall concerning the KROMA NOVA model. This recall was initiated on May 17.

We are committed to supporting you throughout this process to minimize the impact on your business.

In accordance with regulations, a Withdrawal and Recall procedure is underway. We ask you to immediately cease distribution of all KROMA NOVA in your possession.
